WARNING ! The number of spot by time slot is limited. The appointment booking will close on Sunday June 16th, 2024 at 05:00 pm. Please make your booking before this date. 

Each bib is delivered by hand to the runner on presentation of an ID with a picture, and with their race bag including all the compulsory equipment without these items the bib will not be given.

PLEASE NOTE :

• 90km du Mont-Blanc : No bib given on Friday morning before the start of the race
• Vertical KM : Bib collection possible from Thursday and at the latest Friday before 4pm.
• 23km du Mont-Blanc : No bib given on Saturday morning before the start of the race 
• 10km du Mont-Blanc : No bib given after 9:30am on Saturday morning.
• Mini Cross : Bib will be given on stand "Vaincre les Maladies Lysosomales (VML)" in the Trail Camp area. No bib given after 01:00pm on Saturday afternoon. No apointment for Mini cross bibs.
• Duo étoilé : No bib given after 6pm on Saturday.
• 42km du Mont-Blanc and Young Race Marathon : No bib given on Sunday morning before the start of the race.

Winners time in 2023 : Man = 10h36 / Woman = 13h32

For the Mont Blanc 90k, two SAS start will be set up. These SAS will be attributed based on your UTMB index. Your estimated time of race is therefore asked for information purposes only and will not determine your SAS.

From April 30th on, the option "runner t-shirt" and "runner bag" are not available anymore. Every person registered after this date won't be able to get the t-shirt of the race nor a runner's bag. 

THE RUNNER T-SHIRT IS NO LONGER SYSTEMATIC

In order to pursue its environmental approach, the organization has decided to stop automatically offering the runner t-shirt. For this, we offer you the choice between receiving or not the t-shirt. In case you do not want the t-shirt, we will donate the corresponding amount for environmental actions.

You therefore have two choices:

- receive a t-shirt
- donate its cost in favor of the planet
 

Earth says "thank you!" 

The spare outfit bag is a bag allowing runners to leave spare clothing items at the start of their race and find them at the finish, for races with different starting and finishing points (23km and Vertical Kilometer).
 

For the 90km, the 42km and the 23km of Mont-Blanc, the starting SAS are made up according to the UTMB index of the runner one month before the race. A runner with no UTMB index will be affected in the last start SAS. A runner whose UTMB index would have changed between the time of the assignment of the SAS and the day of the race will not be able to change SAS.

For the Mont-Blanc 10km, the starting SAS will be assigned according to the time estimated by the runner to race at the time of registration. The allocation of runners in the SAS will be done one month before the date of the race.

No complaint can be made as to the assignment of the SAS to the organization, the runners by registering undertake to accept the SAS in which they will be assigned on the day of the race.

You should upload on your registration file a valid document, then this document will be controle by the organisation,  without this you will not be able to take part in the race and you will not get any refund.

No medical certificate will be accepted on site !

You must upload on our registration one valid piece of justification before May 31st 2024.

Beyond this date your registration will be automatically canceled without any refund. No reminder will be sent to you, it is up to you to complete and check the status of your registration.

For the Athlé Compétition, Athlé Entreprise or Athlé Running licences, you simply need to enter your licence number. You don't need to upload a medical certificate.

For the other licences delivered by the FFA (Santé, Encadrement and Découverte), the licence number is not sufficient, it only allows to link your results with you FFA profile. You must absolutely upload a valid medical certificate before the due date. 

Warning ! Your medical certificate must date from less than a year before the date of the event AND have the mention that you have nothing against the practice of :

• "sport in competition" OR
• "athletism in competition" OR 
• "running in competition" 

Participants are required to provide a medical certificate written in French, dated, signed and allowing the authentication of the doctor. ​

Foreign licenses are not accepted

Sports license, valid on the date of the event, on which must imperatively appear, the non-contraindication to the practice of sport in competition, athletics in competition or running in competition and issued by one of the following federations:

• Fédération des clubs de la défense (FCD)
• Fédération française du sport adapté (FFSA)
• Fédération française handisport (FFH)
• Fédération sportive de la police nationale (FSPN)
• Fédération sportive des ASPTT
• Fédération sportive et culturelle de France (FSCF)
• Fédération sportive et gymnique du travail (FSGT)
• Union française des oeuvres laïques d'éducation physique (UFOLEP)

• KM Vertical: No bib distributed after 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
• 23km of Mont-Blanc: No bibs distributed on Saturday morning before the start of the race.
• 10km of Mont-Blanc: No bibs distributed after 9:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.
• Mini Cross: The bibs are distributed on the Vaincre les Maladies Lysosomales (VML) stand at the trail camp show. No bibs distributed after 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
• Duo Etoilé: No bibs distributed after 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
• 42km Mont-Blanc and Young Race Marathon: No bibs distributed on Sunday morning before the start of races.
   

The organisation communicates exclusively with runners via email. If you do not accept to receive information about the event, you might miss important communications about this one and the organisation cannot be held responsible for this.
