Since April 22, you can no longer give/sell your bib to another runner and you can no longer change anything about your registration.

Your file has been transferred to the timekeeper and you will be able to find your registration and your bib and SAS number on the “Live page” website by May 8.

Only the bib collection slots which remain open.

The bibs have been printed.
The Options are closed.

the reservation of bib collection slots : Open

In order to limit the number of participants and the concentration of the public, we have set up slots for the collection of race numbers.
We have provided 30% more places than the number of registrants and we have doubled the time slots offered compared to previous editions in order to offer you a great flexibility in the choice of your niche.

Please take note of the following information:

• For each race, several slots are offered with limited numbers of places, the earlier you make your choice, the more choices you will have.
• Once you have made a choice, it is possible to change it before the response deadline.
• Due to the possibility of changing slots, it is possible that a complete slot will be reopened but the organization does not have visibility on it

REMEMBER TO REGISTER (at the bottom of the form) !!! Otherwise your choice will not be validated!!!

Only the team captain can choose a time slot for the withdrawal of the number
We advise that all team members be present when the numbers are collected.
However, if this is not possible, one of the team members can collect the numbers of all the team members on presentation of the team captain's number collection form.

THE BIB NUMBERS and the list of registrants will be visible on the timekeeper module 3 weeks before the start of the races

The starting SAS are generated automatically based on your performance index 3 month before the event and you can see them below (2 month before the races).

Because of the characteristics of the race (secret course, important difference in altitude...) it is necessary to have a performance index of 420pts minimum to participate in the SHOKZ-Race (ex Marathon-Race).
An automatic check is performed by the registration module when you enter your name / first name / date of birth.

• If you are not recognized even though you have a performance index, check if you did not make a typo when filling in this information (also check the accents, spaces or hyphens for compound names)
• If you do not have the required performance index you will not be able to pass the first step of the registration form (the button will not be present at the bottom of the form)
  you can register to all the other formats (notably the Marathon-Experience) where we don't impose a minimum level.

Sport Ident chip

If you have your own Sport Ident chip, please indicate its number below (one chip per team)
If you do not have one, we will lend you one in exchange for a deposit.

We use the performance index to determine your starting SAS. However, some runners do not yet have a performance index or it does not reflect their real level. Therefore, we ask you to estimate your race time which can be useful in case of doubt on the choice of your start SAS

At the moment, the details and the distribution of the final lots are not yet determined. However, we are already doing a survey in order to be able to place the most representative orders possible once the final lots have been determined.

Even if we do our best, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that we cannot guarantee that the desired size will be available, as orders must be placed before the end of registration.

If you do not take an option at the time of your registration, you will have the possibility of adding it later until 1 month before the event within the limits of the available places

Luggage option

You have the option of having a bag of personal belongings.

2 solution for XL riders

1st: The drop bag (offered)

2nd: Personal luggage (10€).

Personal baggage (10€): this is your personal bag (90l and 20kg maximum) where you add a label (provided with your bib) with your bib number, this bag will be dropped off on Saturday when you enter your SAS departure

The drop bag (free): this is a specific bag which will be given to you when you receive your bibs, then which will be left on Friday when you come to collect your bib (depending on your bib collection slots) – between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. – no drop bag will be taken at the start on Saturday!!

--> Arrival and departure from Doussard <--

You will find your drop bag or personal bag (option) at the Doussard refreshment point (which will be your arrival on Day 1).

On Sunday morning departing from Doussard, you can place this drops bag or personal bag (option) directly in the MaXi-Fourgon and you will have it when you arrive in Annecy (arrival Day 2).

Luggage option

You have the possibility of having a bag of personal belongings which will be available at Doussard.

The drop bag (6€): it is a specific bag which will be given to you at the bib collection, then which will be to be dropped off on Friday when you come to collect your bib (according to your bib collection slots) – between 11 a.m. and 9pm – no drop bags will be taken at the start on Saturday!!

You will find your drop bag at the supply station in Doussard (around the middle of the race).
The organization will repatriate the drop bags to Annecy at the MaXi-Village.

You can pick it up on Saturday from 3 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. and on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Since the start and finish are not at the same place, it is possible to book a shuttle from Annecy to get to the start of the race (place and time --> see website)

For MaXi-Orientation and Semi-Orientation:

The shuttle is obligatory and included in the registration price without you having to take any special action.

For the Shokz-Race (60km) :

the shuttle is obligatory and included in the registration price but you must validate the departure location (MANDATORY).

For the Lake tour over 1 day (Solo or Relay), there is no shuttle for departure.
